The Perfect Lazy Girl Exercises

Sometimes we want to be lazy and do the bare minimum but still maintain a summer body or keep healthy.

Some people have busy schedules and use this as an excuse for not working out.

We found simple workouts for you that you can do from anywhere, whether its the coach, in the car, or even while watching Netflix.

Bicep Exercises from the couch

Triceps dips are one of the best bicep exercises. A good example for some of these exercises can be found on the 30dayfitness challenge app website. Stand in front of a chair or a couch, fingers pointing forward, while your hands are on the seat.

Push your legs in front of the body. While your back is still straight, bend your arms and butt lower towards the ground as your elbows are positioned directly behind the body, keeping your arms straight.

Do around ten reps. The exercise is comfortable and you can do it as you watch your favorite movies.

5minute Plank

Place your hands directly under your shoulder in a pushup position, ground toes onto the floor, and stabilize your body. Stay in this position for 60 seconds.

To do forearm planks, place your forearms forward with elbows directly below your shoulders and maintain this position for 30 seconds.

Switch to the side plank, where you lie on your side side. While one leg is on top of the other, prop your body up and stand on one arm as you raise the other. Do this for 60 seconds, 30 seconds each on the side.

Do the raised leg plank for 60 seconds; lift each leg for 30 seconds. Repeat the full plank for 30 seconds and forearm plank for 60 seconds. Do this exercise in your house on a carpet or at the beach.

Lower Body Strength

You can do basic squats in the kitchen as you wait for your food to cook to strengthen your lower body muscles. Stand with your feet a small distance apart. Place your knees, hips and toes facing forward.

Bend your knees and extend your buttocks backward as if you want to sit, then rise and repeat. You can also do this before you leave your office after a busy day.

Yoga Before Bed

You can do some simple yoga exercises in the comfort of your bed. Lie on your couch with knees bent, place your soles together and open the knees forming a diamond shape with your legs as you put your arms forward.

You can also sit facing your bedroom wall, lie and extend your legs up the wall with your buttocks about six inches away from the wall.

Doing these simple exercises will improve your health, give you an ideal body shape, and enhance the quality of your life. You can also make it into the gym someday if you like this lifestyle.
